yes they will improve the handling loads! obv depending on quality and how low u go as well

Any thing upto 60mm then people say there is no point really. Mines only 30mm and on 16s

Yes they make loads! Eibach sportlines mate can't go wrong and no don't bother with shocks as they only do 50mm which should be fine.
