Will this fit my 1.4 8v 95?

Its for a 93 1.4 engine, But im looking to buy a decat, This seems to be a pipe for the manifold back to the center section, But it has no cat, So therefor i get a cheap de-cat?

Looks like the down pipe to me . That will Join onto the cat.

80 bhp is correct But i think the champs model had 75 bhp
