my mates ktec induction kit was thinkin of getting 1, will it sound ne good, and increse power very slightly??

how many jubilee clips does it actually need? lol

open air induction kits arent that bad on the 1.2 16v, they dont get that hot under the engine bay, and the positioning isnt too bad for cold air.

Almost got one for my 1.2 8v (would have needed a few mods, but would have looked good)

thats the new inlet + plenham for the 1.2 16V, SO much better than the pre 2004 sh*te one (throttle body is better too!!!)

to be honest itll sound like any other induction kit really, noise really comes from the tb.... if you like noise, you wont regret buying it.

id say itll be sucking up loads of hot air behind the rad, which is bad

the problem i found with the 1.2 16V engine is increasing the inlet length = less power

BUT the new inlet on the 04+ is MUCH shorter than the pre 04

as for noise, it wont make bugger all difference IMO
