will wheels of a golf mk1 fit a clio mk1??

offset is a little out but the stud pattern is correct, they will 'go on' but i wouldnt like to guess if they would rub or not, hmmmm

I thought the centre bore was about 3mm larger on clios? If you want to put clio wheels on a golf (mk2 at least) you need to buy spigot rings to suit.

PCD is the same though

Afraid so mate, i was going to keep my Turinis for track wheels but sold them in the end. Dont like the idea of spigot rings and spacers etc when it comes to your wheels being held on!

They're rub on the outer rear arch anyway if its a mk1 non-16v.

And if its a valver the discs are too big on the front. the calipers are extremely close on my 15's

^^Good spot! Yeah, 14's are the smallest you'll get over 16v brakes.

are these VW OE wheels or aftermarket wheels, if so, almost ALL aftermarket wheels use spigot rings

nah OE vw's but wont fit cus of the valver discs anyway
