williams gearknob / refurbished alloys

2 questions:

Just brought a williams 3. the top face of the gearknob hasnt got any numbers/print on it - it is just blue. Is this normal - has the lettering worn off?...if so where can i get a new one, and how much?

also anyone know anywhere in either the kent/essex/hants/surrey area or derbyshire/yorkshire that is good for williams wheels refurbing?...urgent really

I know of a good refurbisher, but not sure on them being repainted in the gold colour. SE london.
