There are a few very special ones left being less than 50k miles.
But there are quite a few in VGC but have reasonable mileage. There are a few on here but all i can think of are 90k>. Mine is on 91,800 but still runs well.
yea there a few good examples still running around.
i got my one a year or so ago and it hadnt really been that looked after so im currently in the process of buying bits for it to restore it to its former glory.
the car ass a whole though has now done 108,000 miles and still runs like a dream, had to have the cold temp start sensor replaced this week and could do with some new leads and dizzy butother than that i cant fault it.
Well the reason for me asking is that after owning several 205 1.9's and a 172 Cup and now a 182 Cup l am starting to get a feeling for wanting a really mint classic.Lancia Delta Intergrale is perhaps a bit too fragile (and LHD) and an Escort Cosworth is a bit pricey. But a Williams in mint condition does appeal.
Hmmm...182 Cup in RB px'd for a minter Williams? Anyone done it on here?
i have a very good one (which is for sale), its not 100% spot on showroom mint, few tiny bodywork bits need sorting but its definately among the better ones out there.
what 1 might say is mint, is far from what someone else would call mint.
there are very very few williams' out there that i would call mint.. for me mint is one thats 100% original (mainly bodywise) without having had the need for any kind of bodywork whatsoever. even the low mile ones have had some bodywork, just ask stromba about no.0002, only summat like 20k miles, but its had a front end.
