Williams vs 16v exhaust manifolds

Is there any performance gain from putting a williams 4-1 manifold and down pipe on a 16v? or is it not worth doing?

The 16V one is better for top end power most hybrid onwers use it.
The Williams one makes more low end power.

I wouldn't put a Williams manifold on a 16v, personally.

The 16v manifold is designed to boost mid range torque in the weedy 1.8 so when used with the 2.0 which has plenty of mid range but needs to breathe better at higher revs it kills the top end performance. I would'nt bother swapping 16v onto a 2.0 or vice versa. Get a supersprint if you want a better manifold.
