Wilton Classic and Supercar Day 2013

On Sunday I went down to the Wilton House Classic and Supercar Day at, funnily enough, Wilton House. There were some absolutely stunning cars on display and the Pistonheads parking was full of impressive metal, too... including an Enzo or two amongst other exotica. All in I had a fantastic day (especially as I missed last year due to illness) and it's always good for a laugh or two when a good bunch of mates are in tow as well.

Personally the car of the show for me was the £1,300,000 Ferrari 599XX. And the Koeniggsegg. And the... and the... there were many! I really liked the RUF's, too.

The V6 goes without saying, Fred. As always it got a shed load of attention all day and I spent a bit of time introducing folks to your car! Your V6 also sounds a heck of a lot nicer than some of the supercars that were there... I also somehow ended up in the supercar leaving parade so I'm hoping to find some photos / footage somewhere on the Interweb. I'll keep my eyes open.

Yes mate - it's definitely worth a visit. It's the first time I've ever seen a Gumpert Apollo in the metal and I want one so bad...
