Window has popped off runner. Help!!!!

Put the window down just now while driving and there was a snapping sound then the window just fell into the door.

Tried the window switch again (stupidly) and the window hasn't moved but the mechanism has come up out of the door.

What's involved in sorting this and fixing it? Easy job or garage?

Pissing thing has scratched hell out of my front tints. Not amused.
