been on my laptop all day and it just came up with the blue screen of death.

now it turns on safe mode or normal mode and within 1 min blue screen comes on.

im currently on the phone internet trying to find how to fix the problem. laptop is a dell inspiron 1750

code -

system service exception stop: 0x0000003b

most seem to say its a graphics card driver issue, but how the hell am i suppose to reinstall wen i get bluescreen after 1 min???

I was getting some weird BSODs the other day - really unexpected!

I just updated drivers/blew some dust out and it's been ok since.

Go into administration tools, then view the logs and post any info under the critial things.

very dificult to do as it keeps ging straight to blue screen
i suspect im going to have to buy one of those adaptors so i can take the hard drive out, save all my stuff then reinstall windows.

i f**king hate windows, this laptop has been working fine for the past year and all of a sudden this!! c***s

Very weird - have you tried just hoover/blowing out all the vents/fans.

Also go into the bios and load fail safe defaults.
