WINDOWS MAIL NOT SEND MY MAIL??PLEASE HELP

I have a problem with sending email via Vista's Windows Mail I get no error messages. The emails just sit in the Outgoing box - for ever.



I have no problem with receiving mail and no probelm with sending mail via my broadband account with Tiscali:S.


Im no experted when it comes to computers so please no techinal jargon:S

Help much appreciated.
