Seriously, what's the point in MS not allowing this to be completely disabled should you want to? (i.e kiosk style applications)
They can still keep up the thin veneer of "security" by keeping ctrl+alt+del un-hookable in user mode.
I had to resort to writing a driver to filter out the SAS keystroke but I still fail to see why you can't disable it if you have admin privileges and you want to!
