Windows Speed testing program (:-S)

Just wondering if there are any programs out there that will,
Check and tell you if ur windows is running "Good","slow","fast" , Ect ?
Not looking for a program that is going to speed up my pc just want it to tell me how fast its running

Lol this is my 'Room Pc', My car pc is "1.6ghz" , 512 Ram.
