Window's XP "Dark Edition"

Anybody got this? If so is there any features that make it better than xp prof?

I have noticed that there is a lot more Icons in the control panel, but haven't got the foggiest what or how they work:S

I got the impression its xp with a Vista theme and a few addons eg the side bar!
