Windscreen washers.

I know theres lots and lots of threads on this topic, but i just want to narrow it down a bit.

My Rear washer works as normal, which means my pump must be ok.
But when i pull my stalk back to make my front washers work, it comes out of the back instead? :S

Guessing i have a blockage somewhere up front?

Should i try cleaning the front nozzles out with a needle then if that doesnt work, take the hose off going to my nozzles and blow it back towards my pump?
Any other things to do?

Mine does it the opposite way. French cars eh

Take the hose off first from under bonnet, then try it. If you has water, then clean nozzle.

Do what Tony says. Mine was all messed up but I fixed it by testing like the above first then putting hot water in the washer tank with some all purpose cleaner. Just kept pulling the stalk back in it gradually got better and better. Like new now.

if its coming out the back when its not meant to then its probably exactly what mcgherkin posted. its realy easy to take apart and give a clean up, or swap the two pipes over and it wil only come out the front and not the back
typical cheap french idea.
