winening noise coming through sub

hi there i have a winening noise coming through my sub and i know wat its casued by. i was just wondering if this product would elimate this. thanks luke

yeh i had the same thing in my 106

was told it was a bad earth, reconnected all the earths on the car and it still did it!! so i bought a ground loop isolator, got rid of the whistle, but i get a 'pop' when changing tracks on a cd or when turning the stereo on or off etc. i've got used to it now, better than the whistling thats for sure!
