Wipers constantly on

I’m looking for some advice to see if anyone has had a similar problem or knows of a solutions.

I have a clio 172 cup as a track car, after its recent MOT the windscreen wipers appear like they are on intermittent all the time. Even when the stalk is in the off position they still come on.

I have tried changing the stalk with another but the problem still continues.

Anyone with any suggestions is much appreciated.

I would suggest the relay. Had the same issue but with my headlights. The relay had burnt out for some reason and i ended up replacing the entire fuse board.
