Wiring Up New Additional Speakers

Can anyone help me?I have cut 2 holes into my parcel shelf in my Clio 1.2...I'm just wondering how the heck I wire the extra speakers into the main part of the car so sound plays out from them thru the CD player??

Anyone help?!

For mine I had rear speakers already in the rear side compartments. I simply pulled back the plastic cover (just pulls off) and hijacked the origional wires then fed them out the back and linked up to the new ones from the 6x9's.

Took 10 mins
