Wirless External Harddrive ?

Got myself a WD 250gb Ext Hard drive for my music,videos etc. but since iv got my laptop i have to plug the damm thing in everytime i want to find a certain song..

So is there such thing as a wireless External Hard drive . that could possibly work around the house, so the whole family can listen to music just by connectin up to it ?

You'd need to look for NAS External drives for that, at least I think that's what you're after... Basically just has a network port on the back that you an just plug into your router/switch.

Alternatively, as you've already bought one... you can get USB to NAS Adapters.. so you can just plug the USB able into the adapter and then into your router or switch..
