should do, the wheel shouldnt be falling apart at all

I have never noticed any signs of bad wear on other Make's steering wheels (VW, Vauxhall, Audi, Citroen etc)

will get a pic in the morning, tbh mine isnt too terrable the right thumb grip has completely cracked and the left one is starting to fall off the top of the wheel is melted though which is a bit annoying,

Renault emailed me back today and said interior is only covered by a years warrenty and will not replace or contribute towards the wheel..
I am writting a letter in to complain as we know others have had theres replaced..

I got the reply saying it wasn't a manufacturing defect. I e-mail bak asking for their insurance details to claim them got another bak saying they won't supply me with their insurance details as it's not a defect. So Kenny sent me an email to send them ripping right thro them as it's illegal for them not to supply me with their insurance details. Lets see wat happens next with my complaint

Nothing ever is so simple, So i took a run down to renault today after being told on tuesday everything is fine wheel will be here today on batch order and will be fitted FOC.

Did it happen ? NO

Service desk guy claims that it was only booked in to be inspected to confirm the state of the wheel, I told him the engineer refused to look at it on monday becaue he knew it would be a mess. Service desk guy started on a rant about how his staff dont lie blah blah. Then tells me the steering wheel is on back order from the manufacturer and he has no idea when it will be here.

So i told him i will be phoning him 2 times a day every day until he gets his finger out his arse and does his job properly and order the wheel in.

but he came back and said that the manager that that dealer deals withhas refused to pay for the wheel even though the other person says they will.

we should all take them to court, we will win it
