wishbone bush removal help

Got myself a spare set of wishbones and am going to have a go at pressing the bushes out and fitting new poly ones. Question is, which part do I press out, is it just the rubber part or all of it ie the outer metal sleeve too?

remove the whole bush i believe. may require a press.
