Without Doubt, You'll Buy?

Are they any consoles or games that are out at the moment or being released this year that you know you will buy?

I have three games in my head that I will buy no matter what :

Grand Theft Auto IV
Forza Motorsport 2
Pro Evo Soccer 2007 (or whatever it'll be called this time around)

I quite like the look of McRae inspired DiRT, which is released in October, but at the moment its not a must buy.

I'm in the same position I was in a few years ago; consoles with the latest versions of the games I've grown to love are out of my price range so I'll have to wait for the consoles to drop in price or become second hand.

Scutch; you really ought to get into Halo, it's a rewarding game to play and wicked playing co-operative. I played them both through on the legendary setting in single player, I find they both really pull you in.

Scutch; you really ought to get into Halo, it's a rewarding game to play and wicked playing co-operative. I played them both through on the legendary setting in single player, I find they both really pull you in.

Its a bit too Sci-Fi for me I think. Mind you, I was playing with the Axis Invert set to No, and didnt really play it that often. I'm pretty sure it'll be 90%+ in most reviews, so might have a swing around and see what its like.

Oh and another definite : SWOS on Live Arcade :approve:

you've obviously not got one then because if you did you would know its near silent, quieter than my laptop and a hell of a lot quieter than my 360, the 360 is the tornado, ps3 is silent in comparison!

I'll be getting Halo3, GTA, GT and forza.

There have been three different drives in the 360. Each one quieter than it's predecessor.

I think this test was done with the second type of drive. I've got the first one and it is pretty loud... doesn't both me though I just turn the surround sound up

Samsung MS25 + Ms28's are noisy as hell

Hitachis are noticeably quieter, especially the Hitachi 0078fk drives.

Now the BenQ are designed to be quieter.

All IMO of course, Ive seen a fair few Samsungs+Hitachis.
