anyone used these chieftans of nos in doncaster they sound excellent and promise the world in terms of reliability!!! who has had nos fitted? plus does anyone know of companies that lower cars in the sheffield area as ripspeed have shut up shop and they were quite reasonably priced!!!

Getting your car lowered Id buy the stuff you want and go to a good old fasioned garage and get them to do the work. Ive had loads of cars lowered and in my experience places like ripspeed usually employ daft young lads who are inexperienced and highly likely to thrash the balls off your car while they have it.( I once saw my car being "test driven" after having and exhaust fitted!!) Proper garages will probably be cheaper too.

As for NOS I was looking at their website and they supposedly guarantee you against any engine damage which is unbelieveable really. I was talking to one of the lads at yors (one of the guys in the RS4s) who came down with us and he said hed been to Wizards to have them talk him through what was involved in having it done and the guy pointed to one of the power steering tubes and said thats where the NOS pump or something would go. He didnt have the work done! He might have just got talking to the tea boy or something but make of that what you will!
