Just had a look at Office and its like £80 plus, i've got Open Office but what can i do about editing Word Docs?

Is there a free watered down version or something?

Never had any issues on my old Laptop which i used for approx 4 years.

Open the word doc in open office.

Yeah just download Libre Office and don't touch Word again.
