worn steering wheel

Just brought myself a ph1 172 and the steering wheel on it is pretty F**KED! does anyone know how much it would be to replace it, or get it covered? if so where is good to go to?

Get yourself a ballpark figure from the renault dealership first, then have a ring round breakers if you don't mind a used (but not as badly worn) one. Don't know anyone else who could supply a genuine wheel.

i think il have a butchers on ebay and see if i can pick one up, even if its a phase 2 wheel.

Apart from that it looks like breakers could be a good idea

Any idea's on how to fit them? or is it a specialist job with the air bag un stuff?

You could have it retrimed if its just the material f*Cked...

Personally i am just replacing my wholse steering wheel with a aftermarket one and doing away with the Air Bag
