Ive got Pagid fast road pads from BB, no problems whatsoever, cant say Ive noticed them being any worse cold than after an extended period..

Dont know how much they were alone, got a deal with the cross-drilled discs..

Hear mixed things about Green Stuff on these forums if you search about a bit.. some rated them, some say its just marketed well/gimmicky.

i think i got kevlar pads at the mo and they take ages to heat up but when they do there proper good!

standard pads r meant to be good jus as good but i dont think there made for the Dr & Gr

PAGID FAST ROAD PADS
£32.00
This item is available fully fitted at £50.00New in at BB Tuning, THE last word in brake pads. Pagid have for many years been a massive success in all forms of Motorsport from Formula 1 to the WRC. These pads make a sensible upgrade to anyone with a GT-Turbo utalising the standard callipers, and not only will they keep you out the ditches, they will help keep your shiny new wheels clean with their "low dust" construction.

Tarox are good and I would recommend them but also heard good things about Pagid. Pagid do do some more expensive ones which are the ones you were probably thinking about, as on KTECs website. Unless they are teh same and heavily marked up :0)

Not sure about EBC, only heard bad things about their disks but pads may be OK.

Id go for Pagid or Tarox.

^^^^Ditto^^^^ i asked this question a month or so ago and i decided to go for standard and they are fine but am gonna upgrade when i fit my new engine!!

standard pads produce loads of dust........

get some K-Tec Kevlar or EBC Green Stuff

ive currently got the K-Tec Kevlar on mine, same setup as you, RT with 16v setup, and they work straight from cold, a lot better than original pads, and half the brake dust or less, plus there bloody cheap

the K-Tec Kevlar pads are standard EBC pads.......there bloody good
