Anygood?, do they have there own power source or r they powered thru the 360's power source?

I got a tosh ep30 instead from play.com

Dint fancy running it through the xbox with the high chance of rings of death if you run them for too long

I've got one they are good, but its a much better option to get something like the Toshiba EP30 as said, the noise from the 360 is very annoying when trying to watch films. Its powered from seperate source.

I've got one and it's great - no noise at all - my xbox is only noisey when running games.

also mines not noisy at all have you got an early 360 maybe? the new drives are silent
