Xbox Live + Bandwidth Restrictions

If i go over a limit of 4gb a month in peak times (4pm - midnight) my ISP imposes a bandwidth restriction. Would this cause a problem for my running Xbox Live? Would it slow down?

They tend to only restrict certain services. Gaming isn't usually one of them, it'll be P2P stuff most likely. Also the amount they restrict won't really have an impact on gaming anyway. Mine is kerbed at the moment as I've cleared my limit this month.
