Ok, so I'm going to set up my XB360 Live later, what I was wanting to know is how easy is it to set up and how much does it cost? Also, are there any decent games or updates to download? Can you get Super Marioworld or anything like that? I know SWOS will be available soon, which will be AWESOME, but what else is there at the moment on XBox Arcade?

Is it worth it? Cheers guys, never been on Live before.

Only thing I noticed change in my life when I got it is

a. I'm more tired during the daytime.
b. I'm better off.
c. I can't stand Americans anymore.

If you have a router, you just plug it in, and off you go. It's very plug and play. Money, costs £40 a year, however points for Xbox live arcade can soon amount to a tidy little sum if you don't watch it.

How much do games cost to download? Or do I use points I've aquired in games I've already got?

No, they're not achievement points, though they earn respect which turns into bitches.. Wait that's a different game.

If I remember correctly it's something like 60p is 100 points. Most games are either 400 or 800 points. There are a few 1200'ers. But generally 400 or 800. Not a lot really if you play them, it's just in the past I've bought games before playing them (you can download free trials of all of the arcade games) based on other people's words, then never playing them afterward.

Geometry Wars is worth a bash if nothing else.

Worms is out, there's lots of great games. I would advise getting the XBox live camera as one of your first purchases. You can also buy it with a 12 month code, meaning you're saving quite a bit overall.

You get Uno free with the camera, and it makes for some of the funniest moments on XBL. I've not seen any of the live sex shows you hear about on there, but I have seen some abominations of divorced men (I can only assume!) and even some guy in a dress dancing on the spot (not anyone off here I hope)..

As Microsofty says, Jump In.

And Wii has the old skoo games, but they have nothing else Get Saints Row and have a real hoot.
