Xenon issue

Hey guys, my xenon light started to flicker for some reason today when I turn it on and off fast it works and stays like that for so long but now it flickers and it doesn't wanna turn on at all swapped it with the passenger side it works but when I plug it to the drivers side it doesn't wanna work at all only flickers for a sec. I have another pair of xenon headlight and that flickers too

Any ideas on what's the issue maybe a bad earth? The battery is also kinda dead but still starts up the car

Probably the igniter.

Take the headlight out and it's bolted to the underneath of it.

I changed the igniter with a spare one I had still the same issue

Nope still the same problem even changed the ballast and the bulb.
