YA** DZV - Who's going to own up to this?

Saw this in some village in North Yorkshire today, if it's somebody's on here I apologise but I thought it was so gash I had to pull my car up 100 yards down the road and walk back to take pictures of it. Sorry for the crap quality, but the owner may have been looking at me from the pub on the opposite side!
