Yanoo stiff shift adjustment

Hi,

I've owned trophy #393 since just before Christmas and am getting round to a few jobs on it. The previous owner fitted a yanoo stiff shift kit, and it feels like it's set a bit too tight. It struggles to return to neutral position when cold and when hot is very stiff and restrictive. Can anyone help with how to get at the stiff shift to adjust it?

from the top mate, remove the shroud from the stick and you'll see four bolts

while you're at it make sure there is plenty of grease in the cup and on the bottom of the linkage.
