Been thinking of sorting the bay out for FCS, been thinking about the colouring and i think ive cracked it, because ive got a Green Cotton IK i thought why not tie all of that in with the rest of it.

So today i coloured the Engine Mount/Cam Cover with reno metalic black (same as the car) and have already got a half polished rocker cover and inlet which need finishing, and ive found the Hoses that i want to use, here is an artist impression of the rest of it.

I like the idea but nit sure about the green. It does seem to go well with black and you do onlylive once so why thw hell not!!

The only thing that could change is a polished/chrome strut brace however there more expensive

Your best bet is to keep the bonnet closed at FCS, i have a also got a RSi and i think the engines are so drab.....:quiet:

Even with polished and painted bits i have not yet seen a RSi 8v engine that looks good......

Take a Photo of a V6,enlarge it and stick it over yours

at the end of the day its your mota my friend if you want to do it then do it, after a good engine clean i think it would look ok.
