I sent an email to one of the top motor engineering firms in SA and asked them for some quotes on a stage one and 2.

I then asked them if they would be able to source and fit throttle bodies to the car. This is their reply

hi robin.
the following I can offer you:
-programmable computer "chip" at R2650-00 (200 quid)
-s/steel free-flow exhaust system at R1500-00 (115 quid)
-performance air filter at R550-00 (42)
-gas-flowed cylinderhead with modified cam at R7000-00
about the throttle-body I cant give you much , sorry. we would be able to flow yours but it wont give you 40kw. , maybe 10kw.

most reputable places will show you or stake their name on it.

Finding a customer of theres would help you but they are probably the kwick-fits equiverlent to a mechanic id guess. There to make fast money and cant venture into anything too complicated.

Problem in this country is there are no renault specialists like Mister Hill, so general tuners are what we have to put up with.
