Yellow mk1 172, with strange wheels-CSer!

Seen this one b4 on the site, was really excited when i saw it, as i knew its a cliosporter...

Spotted in nottingham near the A52 this afternoon. It had side skirts and was bright yellow. had weird wheels, 17inch (approx),who is it!.

i know its someone on this site!!!
