My shire bang is in the main stealer for warrenty work again. To see if they can cure the clunking /banging from drivers side wheel area. Oh and they atempted to fix the anoying rattle on the passenger door last time which is still there and they never put the trim back in place. I don,t think this problem will ever get solved. is there a stealer in the NW who know what this problem is? They said twice it is the strut tops, how many times in a month do they need adjusting?

In reality, once should be enough - but depends how comptent your dealership is. Judging by your comments, not very.

Well not sure TBH it is Kitchens of burnley. My brothers van went in on monday for the wheels going rusty, they promised him it would be ready by 2.30pm latest so when he rang up they said it has not been in yet were busy but it will be ready for 4.30pm. When he rang again they said the new wheels had not arrived. When he picked his van up that night they said the wheels was here but in a worse state than the ones on the van. I have no idea what goes on there.

I'd try another dealer mate. My Cup went into Whitehouse Renault down here and had the strut top problem curred.

Didn't take too long either.

Try Preston m8..they can be a pain but are the best of a bad bunch imo

Warrington is the best Ive expierenced in the NW and I used to travel to take it, but was best of a bad bunch. Suprising, especially as its an Arnold Clark.
