Im the same when i have tires with tread My rears really are slicks at the moment... and the ones that arnet are made by simex.... Plastic tires

lol .. Joys of shreadding wheels on a regular basis, the 182's are really bad for it.. Already on my 2nd set of front wheels!
and with the amount of power they have, with no tread they spin for the fun of it!

Combination of hangover and waking up to a downpour put me off. Will make the next one, looks like a good tunout considering weather.

Hi All

Thanks to everyone for coming on sunday, i felt it was a great day and a better turnout than we useually have, 12 cars so well done hopefully we can keep it up and have that many at every meet.

Shame the weather wasnt a bit better otherwise we could have gone for a jount afterwards, keep your eyes open for the next meet which should be towards the end of march.

What actually happened on the way home?

How did he manage to spin it, and how fast was he going

We had some errrmm "spirited acceleration" away from the traffic lights on jct 31. 1st gear in mine was useless it was like revving it in neutral, span the wheels though 2nd and 3rd.

I was seeing how sideways I could go on that dual carriageway up towards the normi bypass and that was OK, it was the roundabout on the road towards feath near that industrial estate where I overcooked it a bit. Was doing probably 30mph ish.
