thanks for the extra pics ian :star: Was good/challenge to organise the final bit of the meet but sounds like it was a hit moving down to the industrial estate. Cheers for organising the rest of it, hopfully see ya around at the next meet you arrange :quiet:. Thanks again for the extra piccies

fink sometime in summer they shud do a run over to north wales to llandudno n up the great orme. it a brilliant drive on the bends goin down n round it reli gives u an idea on how wel ur car can handle. did it late last yr nd loved it. plenty of places to stop n meet. an fantastic oppertunity for great piks at the top of the great orme. shud see wa people fink and try n get a few on 2 it

no mate, had to get that done elsewhere, a friend of a friend did that for 20 quid including valves and balancing.
the place is in eccleshill, in bradford. they strip the wheels to bare metal, repair any kerbing as best they can, powdercoat them then bake them overnight. its a quality job, mine were really kerbed and they look like new now!

That hill up to the pub is superb, especially when you get a clear run up

come over to sheffield oneday and head to bakewell some nice roads out that way to. its been able to see two miles down the road that makes it all worth wile!

Saw them. Thought they just paint them though don't they, not powdercoat (read what you put about him coating them). Bri (gaz's stepdad, owns The Wheel Specialist Leeds) had loads of people come to him after having their wheels done there.

Ha no chance, well, not for a while anyway! Chris and Jamie are all you need when it comes to planning meets! Cheers for getting everyone to the estate anyway, was a nightmare logistically, but got there in the end.
I've got a few more photos of your car if you want them? None of them turned out too great, but I've been reading up on it and if there's a next time they should be better. Didn't help that I realised that I'd left Image Stabilisation on only after I got home! Oh well.

i am no longer a CS meet virgin lol, kind of my second meet but first one was a lot smaller, thanks to everyone who came and organised it, what an awesome day, talked to some sound people and i cant wiat for the next one, might strip my 1.2 next time to try and keep up though lol

There was one at middlebrook and another when we got to meet point 1, then kev turned up i think so 3 in total

Good day out, bloody cold Backboxless black clios FTW pmsl. Chavvy street racing is very max power... But its allllll good fun
Me and Andy (silver182) cruised home and i took a wrong turn, then we stopped to chat and decided to go to get some food. That's my excuse and im sticking to it
We also saw a rear wing failure from a MG ZS on the way home on the motorway!
Had a top day, great turnout and glad i packed my coat and warm hat.

I was lucky it lasted as long as it did really. I didn't get in too late it only took ten minutes to fix once i had another hose. Hopefully i'll have my samco's by the next meet. I'm just glad i mangaed to take the clio as its missed the past two meetswhat time you get in last night mate, or wasn't it too late? Understand why you need the samcos now

Yeah i changed it back to that yesterday lol, I've nearly a full 172 as spares so it doesn't matter too much if it breaks
