Yozzasport Decat...wawaweewa!

Had it fitted for a few days now. Wow!, makes such a difference low down!

The car seems really gutsy right through the rev range now...can't wait to get the full Yozzasport system on now!:evil:

Funniliy enough it makes the standard system sound quite tasty too, really raspy.

Another bonus is that my emissions light has yet to make an appearance.

Recommended to any 182 owner with £100 to throw at their car.

we don't do a cliosport discount as we aim to offer the cheapest prices available on the best products

if a mass produced product isn't up to our standards we won't sell it, simple as that, we often end up having our own parts made to our own specs (exhausts for example)

we do our own (not a rebranded mass produced item) decat for the 172

ALL of our exhaust products are TIG welded, not horrible MIG like most systems!

mine's sooo much more responsive from low down and seems to rev a hell of a lot cleaner

My emissions light came on last week though, the day before it went into the dealers for warranty work, they didn't even notice!! went off two days later though.

lol they proberly didnt say owt as it would mean them fixing it. doubt they would know what a decat was..

ummm might have to invest, what are the chances of the light coming on? dont want to start having probs.

once you have the decat fitted, do what i did and get the ECU reflashed so it 'learns' the engine again with the decat in situ.

...it might still come on though. lol

if the light comes on mate it does not mean you will have any problems with running etc mate unless there is something else wrong the best thing to do is remove the dash and get the lights tapped up mate so they wont come on job done its very easy to do...but i aint done it cos i am wuss

DO you get the light coming on problem on a phase 1? Also is swapping the cat on a phase 1 a real ballache, how long would it take a garage to do?

have sent Fred a PM about this, but do you know if YS do a silenced decat? my prospeed system does the job and i dont wanna go much louder so was thinking of a silenced one (no im not a pussy )....or is a normal decat not that much louder anyway?

i take it the emmisions light is a seperate thing to the engine managment light then.im lookin into getin a decat on my 182 thats runnin a standard system at the moment.

i am going to get one when i have the funds for sure i dont care about the lights i am going to get the lights taped up from the back and you wont see a thing...i wish i was brave enough to do the dash on my own he he!!

even with a sports cat m,ate the lights still can come on and it canted guarantee it wont be picked up on the emission tests
