Zinc plated brake discs

need new brake discs, but as my car hardly ever moves out my driveway. the discs go rusty after a week or two.

thinkin of buying the zinc plated discs off k-tec.
question is..do they go rusty after getting used or not.

anyone use these...appreciate any info.

Your soon wear through the zinc plating on the contact part of the disk and they will rust, the plating is just there to stop the rest of the disk rusting.

Your after buying some fancy discs for a car that hardly ever moves off your driveway . Why ??? Sell your car mate , you don't need it obviously .

im not after fancy discs atall...im after discs that dont go rusty when car not in use for a week or two.

No problem. Your never stop the disks rusting its just one of those things it does no harm though if thats what your worried about
