Long story short, owed money by Zurich for non fault accident with one of their clients and it is dragging out BIG time now.
I have just constructed a lovely letter with the legal guy at work and wondering if there is a high up person to send it to.
Don't want to send it to a random Joe Bloggs as we are talking 10K plus and it has been months since dispute sorted. So obviously getting nowhere over the phone, letter of complaint and notice of legal proceedings need to go to someone high up. A name would be great!
