Engine oil needed for first service of ownership

Hey guys I'm going to be giving my 172 a oil change, it's recently had a new coil pack and plugs so I thought I should call it a mini service ready for my European road trip to the ring.

my question is, what's the best oil to use?? And who would I get the best price from?
