Velcro coins for my plates
K&n air filter
Disa diy kit

Just waiting on my armrest and door pins now.

How do you tell just by looking at them? Its easy on a lot of cars as theyre not projectors but Im never sure on these.

My mistake, it hasn't Phil - it's projectors with washers.

Headlight adjuster to the right of steering wheel, next to headlight switch = non-xenons.

Same with meganes iirc.

Chuck a 4300k hid kit in and you'll not tell the difference..

Only thing you're missing is auto levelling. MOT says that auto levelling is assumed to work so it's not tested. If it's an issue you could easily swap back once a year!

Why would i want to fit a HID kit then

Sorry I should of explained myself better!

I meant you'd not tell that they weren't genuine xenons (to look at) don't bother with the bluer colour temps, they look chavy and don't produce as much light.

So here are some pics from its clean and with it's new plates on..

Also changed the gear knob over..

And chucked the K&N in..

And changed over the side repeaters, hard to picture on the phone but they were very yellow/discoloured

New..

Just need to fit the armrest and doorpins, and will be looking abit better!

Mini update

So with having the day off work today and the lovely weather, i decided to give the beemer a wash.

The car is also booked in tuesday to have a service and general check over.

Also changed the tray in the center console for some cup holders.

So some pics..

Can of worms there stating a Mini is a nicer place to sit! My mother had an R53 when they were new ish. Some of the quality of the trim inside certainly wasn't to shout about.

So got the car back from Mike at RENTECH - Great service once again

The car had a full service + gearbox oil change

And got mike to look over the car to which he found nothing unsuspecting - Apart from a loose part of trim in the drivers front arch. so with that back in place, it drives so so good.

Tracking was also done whilst it was there.
