This thing is toooooo clean! Fair play mate, perfect example.

My rear beam looks like it got dredged from a river. Lol

Haha! That is spotless mate. I'd happily eat my dinner off that!

I won't lie... I can't decide if you're just extremely dedicated or a bit mental. Either way, it looks absolutely fantastic.

Thanks Andy, im very dedicated but with dedication comes being a bit mental i guess.

Above all i enjoy it mate and i love the car which helps. :o

Wet AND dirty?

God dammit! 

lol, it bugs me after getting everything nice and clean. :)

Damn that's one clean car!! What did you use to clean the kack off?

Well if im honest id only been caught out in the rain a few times so it wasn't that bad.

I used AF Verso with a soft brush on the arches and Wonder Wheels Hot Wheels on the brakes. :)

Too good to drive on the road mate :)

Not quite, only when its wet it doesn't get used. :)

You'd have heart failure looking at mine.

Yours serves a purpose mate. :race:

Perfection.

Its getting there dude. :o

you car is very clean mate. I think you need ph2 door trims and rear bumper

I think you need to go and wash your mouth out.

If i wanted a PH2 then id of bought one. :rasp:

You should have come Saturday Scott, I'd have liked to have had a look :) mind you there were a couple of drops of rain.

You and @Lawro would make sweet, sweet clio-tidying babies.

Flol, yes i guess we would. :D

Ive been spending a couple of hrs each day over the weekend cleaning areas on the car trying to get it ready for CSS mate.

In saying that i could have come but if im honest i couldn't be bothered lol

You will see the car soon though mate, its nothing special just a shiny PH1. :D

Also i bought these Renault drive shafts from Ph1 Tom which have only done 1000 miles or so, the plan is to fit them to my car if i fit a diff to the box over the winter.

Cheers mate, im very happy. :D

It'd be rude not to diff it ;)

If i have enough funds mate, then i will. :)

I had a spare hour today so i thought id make a start on cleaning the leather, after buying some of this.

I gave the front seat a good scrub with a soft brush, although there wasn't alot of dirt they did come up alot better, the bolsters have a nice mat finish now.

I had only done the base at this point.

I also wanted to sort out the worn bolster, i had already bought the dye a while ago but hadn't cleaned the seat.

This is the finish after one quick coat as it started to rain, i haven't given it a going over with any conditioner yet and i may give it a 2nd coat over the weekend if it doesn't look good enough in the light.

Anyway so far i think its come out quite well, colour match is bang on which im very pleased about.

Haven't done alot with the car, not even had the chance to drive it for the last 3 weeks.

I have however bought a few little bits from Renault.

i wanted to replace all four plastic side trims as my passenger side ones had a few small marks on them which bugged me.

Oh my word. Minty minterson.

Can't believe you mentioned selling it. Wash your mouth out big man!

Thanks Oil, i don't want to if i can help it.

Like new.

Cheers Jamie. :)

Not. Mental. At. All.

Wellc you say that but good ones are getting hard to come by, mint ones just arn't out there so its nice to have it. Special little car it is. :D

A bit yeah. But fair play to the man

Its my hobbie mate, as i said i do enjoy doing the work. :approve:

I didn't realise you could still buy these new from Renault! ;)

Haha, thanks mate. :)

Epic mate, do you fancy another hobby ;)

I'll pm you Chi. ;)

Beautiful. I decking love this thing!

Thanks ant, im lacking in camera skills though. :(

Just a shame it wasn't another colour. Silver paint never does cleanliness justice.

Titanium looks amazing in the sun, but yes I understand what you are saying matey.

I love it!

Do you rub having it that low?

Thanks Mark, no mate not a bit. :)

First time I saw this in the flesh today, and I have to say, it was ridiculously 'mint'. Everything about it, paintwork, engine, cams and interior was as if it was brand new. A credit to you Scott and IMO one of the best clio's on the forum. Was good to catch up bud.

Thanks for the invite mate, as always it was great to see you again.

Sorry I couldn't make it out for a few beer's. Did you have a good night?

Drive home was good, not a bit of traffic. :)

What do you use to maintain your engine bay?
What is your secret?

I don't drive it. lol

The car doesn't get used very often, yesterday was the 1st time in 4 week's and it doesn't get used in the rain/wet roads.

Since doing all of the work I've only driven it a hand full of time's.
I do give it a wipe over with AF Dressel.
