Fancy new wheel bolts, where from?

Where do you guys get them from? Mine are crappy looking. I'm getting the wheels refurbished in the next month or so. So I want to some nice bolts to go with them Do places sell them individually or as a set ?

Ok, so I'm now ordering up some new bolts - mine have a spinning collar on them, TPI ones do not, and none that I can find online spin either.

Where can I get them from ? Do I need them to have the spinning collar ? The locking nut has it & so do the normal bolts (they are completely blank with no writing on)

And the size, m12 x 1.5 26mm thread, 60 degree taper yeah ?
