RB 182 & PB 172 A20 tonight

Could be the same RB on the hard shoulder of the M25 earlier on?

I saw the RB on the hard shoulder about 6.15pm, saw loads of smoke then it was pulled over with something dropping out underneath!

That's the kiddie! 2 guys were stood with head under the bonnet about 6:25 when I drove past!
