What're these wires for? 200 RS Monitor?

So, had a bit of a nightmare with my car today. In doing so, I noticed I have a Redundant wires under my clocks for my 200.
can anyone identify their purpose? Is this for an RS Monitor that I don't have?

These were not plugged into anything.

It plugged in like this, to just blank plastic
