Pride and joy ripped away in the night

So, i woke to the sound of my alarm the other night and came out to my 182 like this, hit and run and nothing no one to claim off, complete and utter shame, it's now written off and gone ??

On the lookout for a nice 197 now

just a couple of weeks ago

I cant imagine the feeling, I remember getting my bike nicked and that was bad enough! Is the chassis damaged then as well?

Honestly just the worst, its more heartbreaking when you got to work to put money into something you enjoy and then its just gone in the morning.

Yeah the other wheel is facing the other way and that one not attached ? probably not that much mechanical damage but its because their was so many panels and a bits damaged.

not buying it back?

I declared all my mods and they gave me a reasonable price that isnt worth me buying it back to strip and i dont think it would ever feel the same to drive, there was a lot of bent metal under there ☹️

Damn that sucks. Getting another?

Considering putting a bit towards a 197 but could happily settle for another 182, been very reliable commuter and had nearly 130k

That really sucks mate. What sort of person does something like that? The crash might have been an honest mistake but to drive off....
If that happened to me I'd give anything to get my hands on the perpetrator

Any CCTV in the area, on neighbours houses etc?
Or even in the vicinity, local shops. The other vehicle must be fairly badly damaged (unless it was a truck) so would show up on CCTV

From experience with a friends - nothing will happen even if there is CCTV and police will refuse to look.
