Vibration/Humming Noise

Car has started to make a humming noise when going over 40 and vibration which gets worse the faster you go.
Seems to be coming from the front and the noise gets less when i turn right.
Was in for it's MOT yesterday so got him to look at the front wheel bearings and he couldn't see any play in them.

What are peoples thoughts?

All 182 driveshafts are the same length, 655mm left hand gearbox side, and 730mm right hand.
J & R supply both 7.5 & 15mm width ABS rings with their shafts.

There have been reports of the right hand inner boot of the J & R driveshaft fouling on the engine block, resulting in failure.
This can be avoided if redundant material is removed from the engine block as per this photo.

The 182 Cup packed wheel bearing has an internal diameter of 40mm, and the std 182 has 37mm.

Replaced the passenger side driveshaft as the mechanic said it had some play and the vibration is still there

what else could be the problem?

i originally thought bearing when the sound got less when turning right, never had a front wheel bearing go only a rear.

Will get a second opinion as I don’t want to be replacing parts that don’t need to be.

I wondered what happened to STEVE.M.
Why was he kicked off ? I know he was a bit of an argumentative sod at times but he also had alot of useful knowledge.

I had my front wheel bearings replaced a couple of months ago.
Cheap from here . Apparently SNR make the wheel bearings for Renault.
