Made my week as clio/750mc aren't racing there this year and it's an epic track. Can't wait.

Imagine being lapped by a garden gnome.Imagine getting sent to Gapistan by someone that steers with brown nipples
That you? Good save! I've s**t my pants remotely on your behalf watching that.Made my week as clio/750mc aren't racing there this year and it's an epic track. Can't wait.

Yes, did a trackday the day before racing there for the 1st time, back in 2021. Nearly killed the car on Race 2 but still an epic track. That you? Good save! I've s**t my pants remotely on your behalf watching that.
So far I've narrowed it down to 3 places that don't have events confirmed for the 11th, Pembrey, Cadwell and Silverstone.
A faster cornering version of the same Rollercoaster. How does Cadwell compare to the Coastal circuit at Anglesey in terms of speed / braking etc?
GayNot sure I'm willing to risk my freshly rebuilt Clio on a track that looks like it wants me in a concrete wall, I've not been on track in years and that looks very tight and technical with very little margin for error.
@leeds2592 and I had a right laugh in my mx5 at Cadwell 😂
Completely bog standard, roof down the whole time. Span out at one point which was ace 😂😂😂
Haha it's proper good fun when you don't crash and die.I went on to the grass there when I was chasing an Astra VXR and got myself into a mess. Great fun.

Previous time my wheel fell off LOL

Vids of people spinning out and photos of crashed cars isn't helping, think I'll just show up for the day and spectate.Don't be an epic bellend
Youtube ANY track in the uk Dave and you will see the same, crashing is largely your choice too.Vids of people spinning out and photos of crashed cars isn't helping, think I'll just show up for the day and spectate.

I'll have to watch some onboards then decide, I just don't like how close the concrete barriers are to the track.
Unless you're Buddhist or Hindu. You only live once

You going on track then?Literally taken the words from my mouth when I read the above 🤣🤣🤣
I’m with you Dave, it does look tight in some of the videos I’ve seen. I’ll still be on track in the cayman though.Unless you drive through fluids, then you've got no choice.

Don't start that rubbish. You going on track then?
I do have an evening at Donnigton booked for the CS Invitational which will be my first track day in 6 years, it'll actually be the first time I've driven the Clio or anything fast in 6 years.I’m with you Dave, it does look tight in some of the videos I’ve seen. Dave, come on this is CSF! Just chill out and pick your timings, head out and take it at your own comfortable pace. It ain’t a race, no one gives a f**k how fast you lap. Enjoy the car & the bants.I do have an evening at Donnigton booked for the CS Invitational which will be my first track day in 6 years, it'll actually be the first time I've driven the Clio or anything fast in 6 years.
I just don't have the confidence I once had when the Clio was working, it's been a long time since I've pressed an accelerator in aggression.
That's not how Clio's work and you know it, as soon as I hear that engine screaming I'm going to go full r*tard and stamp on it, I have very poor impulse control when I get excited.Dave, come on this is CSF! I think it's just a confidence thing, I can't even remember what the Clio feels like to drive, I'm sure it'll come back to me once it's back on the road, be a shame to miss out on the Gentleman's club.I've only ever seen one person being mocked for being slow and that was only because their numberplate said FAST - just go as fast as you feel comfortable Dave, gets some tuition after you've done a few laps and you will be ok.

Of course you will. It's not as bad as people make outI'll probably do a few laps and realise I was worried for nothing.
